Similar to 'Simple Context Init Params' except that the parameters
are local to a particular servlet.
To Run:
Download SimpleServletInitParams.war
to your TOMCAT_INSTALL/webapps directory.
If you're using MSIE, make sure it doesn't change the extension to ".zip".
